Okay, I got problems with my legs, so in private, when I can, when I have to go up a flight of steps I use my hands as well, place them on the steps above and go up like that. It's just easier, less strain, pain and a hell of a lot more stability.

Yesterday I was going upstairs after getting a cup of tea (our water cooler is on the first floor) and cup in one hand I used the remaining to do my usual to go up, only via a much slower trident method, not the fours. Emile was behind me and I said, "Sorry, this is going to take me a bit."

He goes, "No problem, I get to watch your butt this way."

HAHAHA! Yep, that's Emile, both of us left chuckling at life and its crap.
